If you take a look at my blog posts from the past couple of months, you could probably see a trend. I have become obsessed with planners. I have used them for most of my life, but I never really thought anything about them. I just made sure I was prepared for assignments when I was in school and prepared for meetings and appointments outside of school. Well, then I started doing a little research one weekend trying to determine which planner I needed to invest in for 2015 and I was hooked. The planner community seriously sucks you in. The enthusiasm and excitement that people express about planner accessories makes you want to be like that too. Now, I find myself rummaging through Target’s Dollar Spot anytime I get the chance. Hey! They have some really amazing deals.
So, now that I have my planner pretty much taken care of for 2015 (see post), I have moved to my planner accessories. If you are new to the planner world, please note that you could spend an entire paycheck on planner accessories. Just make sure you know what items you will definitely use and the ones that are so adorable, but not useful for your planning. Once I had those things covered, I was good to go.
After a month of trial and error with accessories, I have decided to include the following in my traveling planner accessories pouch:
- set of Post-It notes
- set of page flags
- 3 rolls of washi tape
- Bic Wite-Out EZ Correct
- Crafter’s Tape (if I need extra glue for my flags, for instance)
- case of 10 Staedtler Triplus Fineliner pens
- set of Sharpie Fine Point black pens
- Cutter Bee scissors
- Sharpie neon pink marker (it came with my Sharpie pens and I thought it was pretty)
I am sure my pouch will change throughout 2015, but when it does, I will share that information with y’all.
